IN Worship Ministries

In 2002, Alicia Williamson Garcia and her husband, Richard Garcia, founded IN Worship Ministries. The non-profit ministry, headquartered in Mobile, AL, focuses on impacting the world for Christ through media events, as well the study of scripture and conference that encourage and engage believers in a lifestyle of true worship. In our current culture, it is becoming more and more clear that Christians are just not equipped to understand Scripture well enough to handle tough issues that come our way, so Alicia and Richard knew God was calling them to do something really big!

At IN Worship Ministries, our mission is very clear, to follow the great commission presented to us by God — to go, MAKE DISCIPLES of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

What We Believe

The Scriptures - We believe in the plenary verbal inspiration of the Word of God. We believe that both the Old and New Testaments are inerrant in the original writings and are the supreme and final authority for faith and life.

The Godhead - We believe the Godhead exists in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three Persons are one God having precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfections.

The Lord Jesus Christ - We believe in His eternal existence as God, His Incarnation and Virgin Birth. We believe in Jesus' death on the cross as the substitutionary death as atonement for sin, for all mankind. We believe in His literal, bodily resurrection from the dead. We believe that by His Holy Spirit, He indwells the heart of every person who is born again, according to John 3:1-8. We believe in His present ministry of intercession in heaven, and His personal future return to earth.

Denomination Affiliation

IN Worship is a non-denominational organization. Richard and Alicia are members of Dauphin Way Baptist Church. Dr. Adam Dooley is the senior pastor.
